Dyslexia

Testing

Struggling to read doesn't mean struggling to learn

The Bridge Approach

When a child works hard but continues to struggle with reading, writing, or math, it's not about effort, it's about understanding how their brain learns.

At Bridge Educational Psychology Services, we help families uncover the why behind learning challenges through research-based dyslexia and learning difference evaluations that lead to real world support.

Our mission is simple:

Turn frustration into understanding, and understanding into growth.

Dyslexia often overlaps with other language-based learning differences, including dysgraphia and dyscalculia

Dyslexia: Reading

Affects how the brain processes written language. Children may struggle to sound out words, read fluently, or spell accurately, even though their thinking skills are strong.

Dysgraphia: Writing

Affects handwriting, spelling, and expressing ideas on paper. Students may know exactly what they want to say, but can't get it out clearly in writing.

Dyscalculia: Math

Affects number sense, sequencing, and calculation. Students may mix up symbols, struggle with word problems, or find math facts hard to memorize.

At Bridge, we evaluate all of these systems together, because real understanding happens when you see the full learning profile.

Our Bridge Process

We have made testing feel human, helpful, and hopeful. Each step connects clarity with compassion.
